Wiko Rainbow Cyanogen CM13 Marshmallow 6.0.1 ROM and related News and Tutorial

After I failed hard to get in contact with WiKo via phone, I finally had some warm words via email with the WiKo Service Team in Hamburg. They offered me to send in my phone (for free), give  me an exchange device and do some research on the battery-bug-situation on my phone. I hope a can cleanse the myth (or not) about the battery problems that many Wiko Rainbow users ...

I was quite glad to see, that the Cyanogen project for the Wiko Rainbow is going pretty well . Most annoying bugs are already fixed. I didn't test it myself, since I didn't want to run wild with a bugged version but I anyway want to spread the news. Not at least because there are only 4.4.2 versions, telling you they are a 4.4.4 or higher but much more...

A lot of people are waiting for a KitKat 4.4.4 ROM for the Wiko Rainbow. Why? Because 4.4.2 on the Wiko Rainbow is for Android, like what Windows ME / Vista was for Windows. Half-hearted and instable. On the other hand side 4.2.2 is getting old and a security risc. What's the problem and what to do against it? Anyway... Cyanogen on it's way! Read on...
